I have unexplained pain in my left chest area below my rib, which feels muscular and only occurs with certain movements. There is no impact on breathing, but deep breaths can trigger it. Could this pain be muscular or related to costochondritis, and is it unrelated to my sarcoidosis or other serious conditions?

I've had excessive gas for over six months, resulting in loud belches and farts at all hours of the day and night. I am a 42-year-old male with diabetes, depression, and ADHD. I have ongoing issues with IBS, but today after having lunch, I experienced a severe episode with severe upper stomach pain, weakness, and diarrhea with bright red blood. I am currently using medications for high blood pressure, a hiatus hernia, and stress bladder, among others.
