I caught a virus and have experienced loose stools with yellow liquid for the past two days. The actual bowel movement is brown, but a yellow substance comes with it. Could the yellow liquid be related to my diet or a liver issue? I had an MRI a year ago showing a patchy dropout of signal within the liver, but no bile duct dilatation or hepatic mass, and my doctor was not concerned otherwise.
