I think I have damaged my moisture barrier. My face feels dry, tight, and red, and it's been going on for 4 days. I accidentally used a body moisturizer on my face and exfoliated it a lot to try and remove the dry skin. What should I do to help my skin recover?

I'm 18 and was born with a heart murmur. I've taken tests and they say it's not serious, but I have a hard time breathing. Sometimes I breathe in very hard and hold it, but I still feel like I can't breathe. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I have randomly experienced some flushing redness on my chest. There is no pain or discomfort. I do suffer from anxiety and am on medication to treat it. Is it possible this is just anxiety? Anything that should be cause for concern?

I recently increased my medication to Lipitor 40mg, 81mg of aspirin, and vitamin D3 due to oral surgery. Could the combination of these new amounts and items cause gastritis or an ulcer? I feel like I have either gastritis or an ulcer.

I have a constant pain in my right side extending from my hip bone into the center and around the right-sided area. It feels inflammatory and is reduced by anti-inflammatory painkillers but worsened if taken too many. The pain varies in severity and is sometimes severe, other times low-level, but always present. I have no cramps, loose stools, blood, or mucus, but it feels like it's in my colon. I often experience an uncomfortable aching pain when passing urine, extending into my rectum, and I have no bladder infection. My ESR is raised and has been for a long time, and I also feel very tired a lot of the time due to CFS. I have had a recent painful flare-up but no diagnosis. I have had this for over 20 years but it's still very worrying when it becomes so painful. What could be causing this pain, and what tests should I consider?
