I have been vomiting for 5 hours, at least 12 times, and have a fever for 8 hours. I don't feel like eating and have no respiratory symptoms except when I am about to vomit or just after vomiting. I am also taking Zoloft medication. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a history of antibiotics-abuse and alcohol, which led to mild liver enlargement. I recently had a serious case of maxillary sinusitis, upper teeth area pain, and throat pain. My doctor prescribed amoksiklav. I want to know if it will further affect my liver, given that my liver function tests were normal, and I had symptoms like clay-colored stool, intermittent abnormal shaped stools, gas, and bloating.

I had horrible vertigo last Friday. Slightly dizzy all week and it’s not going away. I can drive and work but I don’t feel right. How long have you had vertigo? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about vertigo? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I shaved my vagina on the 20th of October and got a razor bump and a cut. The cut seems to have worsened, and I'm unsure if it's herpes or an ingrown hair causing the bump. There's no burning sensation when I pee, and no other bumps inside my vagina, just on the lip. What could it be, and what should I do?
