What would happen with a total occlusion of a diagonal artery of the LAD? But no occlusion in the LAD itself? What is the treatment for a diagonal blockage? Do they stent or does a collateral artery form? I recently had a coronary CT angiogram and nothing showed except a calcium score of 6, a mild to minimal stenosis in diagonal 1 and a moderate 40 to 59 percent stenosis in diagonal 2. I just turned 34 so this is concerning.

Do you have to take into account the medication's half-life when redosing? Specifically, if I am on oxycodone for a kidney condition with a redose schedule of every 4-6 hours and a half-life of approximately 4 hours, should I reduce the dose after 4 hours to account for the remaining 50% of the medication still in my system?

I’ve been experiencing a variety of health issues including body aches, weakness, chronic fatigue, low blood pressure, migraines, and heart palpitations/chest pain. My blood work consistently shows high calcium levels (10.0-10.8) and low vitamin D levels (25-31). I am a 33-year-old female with a family history of parathyroid issues. Could this be related to hyperparathyroidism?

My liver ALT is 100 and AST is 60, and my creatinine is 134. I had abdominal pain in May and was on 40mg of protonix, which I stopped in August. I've also been on hyoscyamine 0.375 twice a day. I'm a 55-year-old male who runs 3 miles daily and had a virus with fever 7 days before the blood test. I'm concerned about my blood results. What could be causing these elevated levels and what should I do next?
