When I breathe in deeply, my right side of the chest has a sharp pain in the boob area, which is more noticeable when I breathe in but also present when I don't. It's not severe but noticeable. Could it be a pulled muscle, or is it related to my chronic rhinitis and post nasal drip that I've had for over a year?

My daughter had COVID-19 in July, which led to pneumonia and hospitalization. She has asthma and is now experiencing symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome.
