When you have a cold and keep coughing up phlegm, is there any way to speed up this symptom? I’m tired of coughing it up. I am a 53-year-old male with no fever, occasional nasal congestion, no difficulty breathing, no COVID test, and fully vaccinated. I have been experiencing off and on chest congestion for 4 days now. What can I do besides using Mucinex or coughing it up?

I have been experiencing ear pain for a couple of days, which feels like liquid is filling my ear. The pain is aching and doesn't go away but increases at times. I am currently using Ibuprofen and a swimmers ear relief. I am 24 years old and this is not the first time I've had an ear infection, but it is the first time in my right ear. I don't think I had a cold before this started. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing headaches, sore neck and shoulders, nausea, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping for the past two months. The headaches are worse in the morning and ease later in the day. I also have occasional dizzy spells and increased anxiety in my chest. I have seen a doctor who prescribed painkillers, but they have not helped. My cholesterol is high, and I have a family history of health issues. I drink more than I should and have been taking Omeprazole for 10 years. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I need a doctor's note for work because I have a fever, congestion, a very sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, an infrequent dry cough, and chills. My symptoms started yesterday and have worsened today. I also have lots of dark yellow phlegm and sometimes there is blood in it. My breathing is normal, and I have no pre-existing respiratory conditions. I had a fever the week before last, but before that, I hadn’t had a fever in a year. Can you provide guidance on what might be causing my symptoms and whether I need to visit a doctor in person for a note?

I have received blood test results from a laboratory that include measurements of Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and Glucose (serum). The different units of measurement are confusing, and I suspect I may be prediabetic based on my glucose result, which has been flagged as 'not normal'. I am currently not in my home country and cannot visit a doctor. Can you help interpret these results and advise on whether I should be concerned about prediabetes?
