When I look to the far right with my right eye and squint, I see a transparent blotch in my vision that goes away when I stop squinting and looking to the side. Is this a symptom of diverticulitis, or could it be something else?

I have a persistent sinus infection that won't go away. I've used ZPAC before, which usually works, but I'm sick again after recently taking it. I've tried over-the-counter treatments like Allegra, Zyrtec, Claritin, steroid nasal sprays, Benadryl, NettyPot, and Sudafed, but nothing seems to help. I've had sinus infections for many years and three surgeries. Is there anything stronger I can use or should I see a specialist?
