I am still tired and want to sleep a lot since I have been on 90 mg of Armour. I was having anxiety symptoms while on cytomel of 50 mcg and 60 mg of Armour. How long will this tiredness and brain fog last, and what can I do to improve my condition as a teacher?

I've had stomach cramps for the last four days, with symptoms including vomiting, inability to keep fluids or food down, and intermittent painful cramps. Today, the pain has eased up after going to the toilet. Should I be concerned about this, and could it be a sign of appendicitis?

I have permanent numbness in my thumbs, index, and middle fingers, believed to be carpal tunnel syndrome, but in the last few weeks, I've also experienced permanent numbness in my tongue, roof of my mouth, and occasional numbness in my feet. I've had an MRI brain scan and am not thought to have had a stroke, multiple sclerosis, or similar conditions. I feel generally unwell most of the time, very lethargic, and down. What could be wrong with me?
