Why do some doctors or experts say that 4th generation duo HIV tests are conclusive at 28 days (4 weeks) while others say they are conclusive at 12 weeks (90 days)? Also, how trustworthy are labs performing these 4th generation HIV tests, and if I was truly infected with HIV, would I test positive with a 4th generation duo test at 45 days after exposure, especially after having unprotected vaginal sex? What are the chances of turning positive at the 12-week test after two negative results at 36 and 46 days after exposure, and do I need the test at 12 weeks?

I have a white, thickened skin on one side of my tongue that has been present for at least 4 months and is now painful, with a tingling/needle-like feeling. I had oral thrush on and off since 2016 until January of this year. I have been fatigued for about 4 years and have taken a lot of antibiotics in my life. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I woke up with a splitting headache and took some Advil. Is there a way to tell if it's just a headache and not an aneurysm? My headache is episodic, without nausea, and I have no other concerning symptoms like dizziness, blurring of vision, weakness, or numbness in the limbs. I'm a 46-year-old male.

I can't remember if I took my 25 mg dose last night at 10:00pm. My blood pressure was 138 this morning and is now 168 at 3:00pm after a busy work day. Should I take my next dose now or wait until 10:00pm as usual?
