I have an umbilical hernia and have developed a lot of pain. It's sharp in some areas, a gnawing pain in others, with pressure in my groin, and I'm experiencing nausea and constipation. The pain started yesterday and has been off and on until today, when it became constant. I have tried Motrin, Tylenol, and ibuprofen for the pain, but I'm not currently on any other medications. I am female and had two laparoscopic surgeries in 2016. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I had the AstraZeneca vaccine two weeks ago and my blood pressure is 30/25 points lower than normal. I am 77 years old and currently taking perindopril/arginine 5/5. I also have intermittent abdominal pain. How long will the vaccine effects last, and should I be concerned about my blood pressure and abdominal pain?

I would like to get a prescription for hydroxychloroquine. I have never used it before and want to have it in case I get COVID-19 or the Delta variant. I don't use any other medications, occasionally take vitamins, and am careful about taking medicine due to having only one kidney. I have a history of cancer (one kidney removed), gallstones (gallbladder removed), Crohn's disease, neuropathy, and easily get hernias. I am overweight. Are you able to prescribe hydroxychloroquine for this purpose?
