Why is a uterine prolapse not detected while lying down? I had a uterine prolapse before becoming pregnant. I work in an understaffed urgent care with high levels of stress due to having to do the work of 4 people. Would bed rest be the safest route until I can be further evaluated or see a specialist?

I have a sharp pain in my upper back, right side, especially when I lift my right arm or twist to the right. The pain is constant when I move but stops when I sit or relax. It started two days ago and seems to be getting worse. I am taking back pain medication (ASA 500mg, methocarbamol 400mg, and acetylsalicylic acid 500mg every 4 hours). I am a 47-year-old female with type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and high blood pressure. The pain started suddenly while walking, affecting movement, and is located from the middle spine to the right side, just under the shoulder blade. There is no tingling or numbness. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have hemorrhoids and occasionally see blood mixed with stool on toilet paper. The frequency is once every 2-3 months. How can I distinguish between internal hemorrhoid and polyp without frequent colonoscopies, and how often should I undergo colonoscopy for cancer screening?

I'm recovering from a mild case of C. diff. I was reading that C. diff can affect renal duct cells even if someone is hydrating. Should I be worried about damage to my kidneys? Or is this more common in severe cases?

I think I have monkey pox. Should I go to the hospital? I've been sick for about a week with a lung infection and bladder infection. I'm 69 years old and also have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I have spots on my feet, one on my back, and two on my legs, which could be spider bites but I'm not sure.

I have COVID and started with diarrhea and nausea, followed by flu symptoms. I'm concerned about being around my family. What should I do regarding isolation and when can I safely be around them again?
