Is clobetasol safe to use to treat this, and how long would it take for the clobetasol to negatively impact bone density if taken in doses of 0.5mg daily for three months, then as a maintenance dose 2-3 times weekly?

I have been experiencing occasional spitting up of blood, which is causing significant anxiety. The blood appears in my saliva and clears up quickly, typically within 2-3 minutes. I have had a chest X-ray, which was normal, and an ENT examination, which did not reveal any suspicious lesions. The blood does not come up with a cough, and I have no new symptoms. What could be the cause of this, and is there a risk of cancer?
