I want someone else's opinion on what is wrong with me. I have been experiencing concerns for over a year and have spoken to a mental health professional. I have insomnia, less appetite due to my medications, and have been in a treatment facility twice. I am a 15-year-old female on medications for insomnia and experience cluster B personality traits. I have been on various medications including fluoxetine, concerta, trazodone, clonazepam, and am currently on vyvanse, escitalopram, and quetiapine. I have lost my sanity previously from drug use and would like to explain my symptoms without any intentions of harming myself or others.

I struggle with anxiety, chronic pain, guilt, insomnia, and social withdrawal. I am unable to take showers without triggering a panic attack due to the trauma associated with my ex-husband. I frequently feel suicidal and find it difficult to talk about my feelings. What can be done to help me cope with these ongoing issues?

I gave plasma today and immediately afterwards, my chest became sore. The soreness is towards the left side of my chest, comes and goes, and worsens with deep breathing and certain movements. I am 20 years old and currently using medications. My previous chest pain episodes were similar, but this one is worrying me since I just donated a lot of blood. What could be causing this soreness and should I be concerned?

I was recently diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis and started feeling tightness and swelling at the back of the other ankle after doing standing hand to feet stretches. The swelling is localized to the inside of the ankle and shows pitting edema that goes away within a few seconds. The swelling decreases after elevation. Could this be related to Achilles tendonitis or something else?
