I was diagnosed with Giardiasis on June 3rd and treated with Flagyl for 7 days. After a couple of weeks, I started feeling discomfort again with symptoms like bloated stomach, lots of gas, and irregular, pasty stools. My doctor warned that Giardiasis could recur, but I didn't expect it so soon. Is it possible that I have it again so soon?

Hello. I am a 46-year-old female. I have had a terrible sinus infection for the past 4 months. I have tried several antibiotics, and they did not touch it. Now, I noticed last night that my right side of my neck was sore, while I was rubbing it I came across a very tender and sore lump, like under my right ear, but on the line of my skull and neck would be more accurate. Any ideas??? It is very painful when touched.

My 19-year-old daughter has been vomiting immediately after eating for the past 5-6 months, losing weight, experiencing fatigue, diarrhea, and intermittent pain in her upper right abdomen. She has a history of surviving ALL Leukemia, a fungus-induced brain hemorrhage, partial lung removal, swine flu with a seven-week coma and intubation, and several open heart surgeries. Her GI doctor is unsure if her symptoms are due to her gall bladder, which tested at 34, and is sending her to a cancer doctor. Are there specialists for these types of patients, and what further tests should be considered?
