Yesterday I ate takeout and specified no peanut or sesame, but after an hour, I experienced throat closure, swollen tongue and face, chest constriction, confusion, dizziness, and difficulty standing. I took Xyzal and Albuterol inhaler and drank water. Symptoms improved but returned this morning with face swelling and chest constriction. What should I do?

I would like to speak to a doctor about getting a prescription for Semaglutide for weight loss. I have been concerned about weight loss for around 3 years and have not started this medication yet. Is there anything else I should know before starting this medication?

Could a doctor please explain if every time I feel a heart thud or skipped beat, it is actually a PVC/PAC, or if it could be a normal sinus arrhythmia? Additionally, how can someone know if they have atrial fibrillation, and what are the risks associated with it, especially for young and otherwise healthy individuals?

I have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I woke up with a sore throat and cough on Monday night, got tested on Tuesday and was negative, but my symptoms worsened. I threw up in the middle of the night, started running a fever, and my temperature was 102.2°F. My cough is wet, with a lot of mucus, and I experience chest tightness when lying down. I'm 20 years old, on fluoxetine, and recently took ibuprofen. Should I get tested again for COVID-19, and do I need to come in today?

I am having chest pain on the left side and also back pain in the same area. It just started an hour or so ago. This is the first time I have had both pains at the same time. No trauma or injury. No additional symptoms. I have not seen a doctor or tried any treatments. I have been told I have an “athletic or enlarged heart.” I have had some stress and anxiety but nothing too bad where it affects quality of life. It feels to be getting better; it’s still there just not as sharp.

I noticed a dent in my lower leg and am concerned it might be something serious like bone cancer. I'm 35 years old, have been experiencing leg pain, but no tenderness or soreness in the specific area. I wear tennis shoes and had blood work showing low B12. Could this be a serious issue, and could my leg pain be related to low B12 and dehydration?
