I have a dent at the bottom of my stomach on the right towards the outside of the vagina. I am 27 years old and have felt it for about a month. I am 20 years old, not on birth control, and have had a past STI (Clamidia) which was treated. I am worried about these symptoms and whether they could be related to unprotected sex. I have had no complications until the past week when I experienced on and off spotting with sometimes a good bit of blood, period-like symptoms (slight cramping, back pain, breast tenderness), and a strong smell from my private area with no strange discharge. I am 21 years old and have not had my period for over 7 years. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
