I noticed today I have 2 bumps on the sides of my vagina. One is like a bump and the other looks like it’s turning into an ulcer. Should I go see my doctor immediately?

I have an IUD and have been experiencing heavy bleeding on and off for a few weeks, especially after having sex, which lasts for at least a few days. I am 22 years old, had a ruptured ovarian cyst in October that required surgery, and have had the IUD for 8 months. I am currently still on my period, changing pads/tampons every 1-2 hours, and experiencing cramping. What could be causing this and what should I do?
