I am unsure if I am pregnant. I think I ovulated on 23rd January and had sex on 20th and 21st, with my partner withdrawing before ejaculating and going to the toilet between each time. My period is due on 6th February. I have been experiencing lower stomach cramps since 28th January and nausea. My bowel movements have also been more frequent. Given the circumstances, what could be causing these symptoms?

I asked a question yesterday about the TCD measurement, which is the 16th percentile, and was assured that everything was fine. However, today I have become worried about the TCD/AC ratio, which seems very low based on my calculations. This is an IVF pregnancy, and I am very anxious. There are no other indications of issues. Should I be concerned about the TCD/AC ratio, and is it normal for it to be low?

My last pap smear in September was normal. Should I be concerned about cancer, and what should I do?
