I am 37 and 3/7 weeks pregnant and of Asian Indian descent. I have been itching all over my palms and legs for weeks, with no signs of jaundice or abnormal stools. My doctor ordered liver studies which showed slightly elevated ALT (39), AST (83), and Alk Phos (245), suggesting possible ICP (Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy). My bilirubin levels are within normal range. My doctor suggests waiting until 40 weeks, but I am concerned about developmental delays in infants born before 39 weeks. Are my lab values concerning, and should I worry about developmental delays if the baby is born at 38 weeks? How do you manage pregnancies with ICP, and what warning signs should I look for? What advice can you give based on my lab values and symptoms?

My boyfriend also fingered me, and he touched his penis with the fluids on it before that. My last period was on the 21st or 22nd of June, and I wasn't ovulating or in my fertile stage. I have PCOS. My periods are due in 1-2 days. Should I take an emergency contraceptive pill (ipill)? I don't want to get pregnant.

I am 59 years old and have a metallic vaginal odor with some watery spotting. I had a DNC in April 2021 due to microscopic blood in my urine, a feeling of heaviness, and fibroid cysts. The doctor removed polyp tissue and two fibroid cysts, and there was no cancer detected. Now, I have a metallic odor with watery discharge. What could be the cause of this odor, and should I be concerned?
