I am 36 years old and have had two children, with my youngest being 10 years old. During my last pregnancy, I experienced a placenta abruption and was told I wouldn't be able to conceive again, and if I did, it could be life-threatening for me or the baby. I have recently taken two pregnancy tests, both of which came back positive. What are my chances of giving birth to this child safely?

I have been on my period for three weeks with heavy bleeding, clotting, and a mucus discharge. I am 5'2 and weigh 201 lbs, had a baby 4 months ago, and experience cold intolerance, fatigue, muscle pain, joint pain, fragile nails, and sleep problems. Do these spots on the top part of my vagina look to be of anything concerning? They are painful to the touch, similar to pimples or boils I get on my thighs and underarm pits, and they don’t itch. I don’t have any inside of the vagina itself.
