I went in for my 10-week check-up and they sent me for an ultrasound. I am only measuring 5 weeks 6 days with no heartbeat. They are convinced it is a missed miscarriage but will bring me in, in two weeks to confirm. When I pee and wipe there is yellow on my toilet paper. Is this a sign of miscarriage? How long until the bleeding will begin? If in fact there is a missed miscarriage, will they perform a D&C that day? Should I contact my OBGYN regarding the yellow discharge or wait for it to run its course and wait for bleeding? Concerned it could be an infection. If it truly is a missed miscarriage, typically how long can it stay inside until my body rejects it? If you have a D&C, is it healthy to conceive again immediately within that month? How long does it take typically for your lining to heal? Will they provide medical management that day? And how long does the bleeding last? Can you explain the process of medical management?

My last normal cycle began on Dec 27, 2020. I had relations on Jan 6, 2021. I was supposed to begin on Jan 22, 2021 but I had bleeding on Jan 24th, then nothing on the 25th and light spotting twice today which is the 26th. I took a HPT on Jan 20th and it came back negative. I'm wondering what I should do at this point. Or what could be the reason I'm very regular with approx 5 -6 days of bleeding with the 1st 3 being the heaviest and 27-28 day cycles.
