I took a home pregnancy test that came back positive. My urine test at the doctor's office came back negative, but my blood work showed a positive result with an HCG level of 43. How far along am I, and what does this mean for my pregnancy?

I have a yeast infection around the vaginal/groin area, which is red, swollen, and itchy, and it burns when urinating. Additionally, I have abnormal menstrual periods with heavy bleeding on the first day and significant pain. I am still a virgin and experience sexual arousal, especially before my period. What can I do to treat the yeast infection and manage these symptoms, and is it necessary to have a pelvic exam and Pap smear despite not having had intercourse?
