Can you have a yeast infection externally, specifically in an area between the anus and vagina that looks like an episiotomy and is painful, even though the vagina itself is not painful?

I had my period from August 25-30. I had unprotected sex on September 6. On September 10, I experienced spotting, which is unusual for me as I usually only spot a day or two before my period. My period isn't due until September 22. The spotting was very light red, almost pinkish. What could this spotting be?

I am 39 weeks pregnant and concerned about potential side effects after an exterminator used a chemical spray called Temprid FX in my house. The ingredients are imidacloprid and β-cyfluthrin. I have a headache and burning eyes. Could long-term exposure to these chemicals be harmful, especially since they were sprayed near the radiators in my house?

I have a bump on my vulva that I think might be a boil from waxing. It's been there for a few days, hasn't gotten bigger but is becoming more red. It's painful if I touch it and is about the size of a pea. I'm sexually active but not worried about an STD. What could this be and what should I do about it?
