Can yeast infections go away on their own? I am a virgin and I can’t do the Monistat insertions, and I can't go to the doctor right now because my insurance doesn’t become effective until 2/1/2020. I used a body wash with glycerin in it and it may have thrown off my pH, leading to possible yeast infection. I have itching and a slightly thick discharge, but no odor. How long do these symptoms typically last if left untreated?

I did not have periods in December. I have a history of PCOS, no contraceptives, and no medications. I am 29 years old, 5'6" and 70 kg, and I have been experiencing stress. My periods are generally irregular, but they get regular when I exercise regularly. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I’ve been bleeding for over seven days. Should I be concerned? I have kidney failure on dialysis, but my cycle has been normal. How long have you dealt with the bleeding? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have mild pain in my lower left groin and bright red blood in mucus vaginal discharge. I am 45 and on birth control pills (Trinessa) for 90 days, then period. I am on day 75. I have been taking these pills for a year. What could be causing these symptoms and should I adjust my birth control regimen?
