Can you get pregnant from pre-ejaculation if sex occurred on the 11th day of the menstrual cycle, followed by a positive ovulation test on the 16th, 17th, and 18th days, and is it normal for a woman to have fluctuating positive and negative LH surge results over consecutive days?

I'm needing guidance on when the likeliness is that I got pregnant. I'm 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant, taking bupropion, sertraline, and vyvanse, and using prenatal vitamins. I have regular 26-day cycles and know the days I had sex during my cycle. I had sex with two different men, about two weeks apart, and am worried about who the father is. My due date is November 17th/18th, and I had sex on the following dates: 2/11, 2/12, 2/17, 2/18, 2/28, 3/1, 3/2. Can medications like sertraline delay ovulation, and is an early ultrasound at 7.5 weeks with a heartbeat able to determine conception date with high accuracy?

I went to the ER due to spotting during sex and now feel very sick, including symptoms like lethargy, nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, tiredness, headache, muscle aches, and difficulty eating or drinking. I'm not spotting anymore but am concerned if I should go back to the ER. What should I do?

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been using progesterone suppositories for a week. My doctor offered a preventative cerclage, but warned it might cause contractions that don't stop. Should I continue with the progesterone suppositories or opt for the cerclage? My first pregnancy had spontaneous contractions and cervical funneling at 21 weeks, which required an emergency cerclage and strict bed rest.

I have small white-colored bumps on my vulva. I am 24 years old and experiencing painful symptoms. These bumps appear every month and last for 3-4 days. I also have excessive thick milky white discharge during intercourse. What could be the cause of these bumps, and what should I do for treatment?

I found a lump on the outer layer of my vagina. It appeared overnight, is about the size of a Lima bean, and is sore with a few specks of blood when squeezed. It's not itchy, the same color as my skin, and doesn't hurt when not touched. I'm 35 years old, not on any medications, and have a family history of cancer. What could this lump be, and what should I do?
