What are some home remedies for period cramps?

During pregnancy, my blood pressure has been high, especially the bottom number. I measure it morning and night, and the first reading is always higher than the second. Which reading should I record, and when should I start taking medication if the bottom number remains high? Additionally, is it normal to feel pressure when standing up from bed, and are there any dietary or lifestyle recommendations to manage blood pressure during pregnancy?

I found out two days ago that a friend, who is a midwife, heard a heartbeat very briefly. I am concerned about not feeling any movement and wonder if the stress of losing my mum to cancer a couple of weeks ago is stopping me from feeling any movements. How many weeks pregnant am I and when can I expect to feel movement?

I am 51 years old and my period has become erratic over the past year. I had a period on November 4th, skipped December, and then had a shorter, lighter period on January 5th. I got my period again on January 25th and am still bleeding. I had my annual exam and pap smear in July and everything was fine. Are these irregularities normal during perimenopause, and should I be concerned?

I got pregnant on the first attempt in my last two pregnancies, but the second resulted in a miscarriage. I had a D&C done and tried again after the first normal cycle, but haven't been successful. Is it possible my body is out of sync, and could the D&C have caused any damage?
