I am 10 days post-op from an open myomectomy and have started bleeding heavily. I suspect it's my period, but the blood flow is excessive. I have no fever or vomiting, and only slight pain. Should I be worried, and what could be the cause?

My last period was from June 19th-24th, and my expected period is July 20th. My average cycle is 30 days, ranging between 27-34 days. I am 25 years old, 103 pounds, 5 foot 2, and not taking any hormone pills. Should I plan to take Plan B?

I lost my period for two months. I'm 34 years old, healthy, and live an active lifestyle. I eat clean, avoid sugar and dairy, and try to eat less carbs. I went to a gynecologist who checked my hormones and thyroid, and everything is fine. I wanted to get Paragard but was told it can only be installed after my period ends. My last period was on March 28. I had COVID four weeks ago and took Paxlovid. What could be causing this and what advice do you have?
