Does implantation bleeding normally happen a week before the expected period? I have been on birth control for years but missed a pill about 2 weeks ago. I have had pink/brown spotting, cramping, nausea, extreme fatigue, and I ovulated 11 days ago. I did have sex on my ovulation day. What could be causing these symptoms and when should I test for pregnancy?

I had sex in March 27 and 28, and again from April 27 to May 7. I had a normal cycle in April 16 through 19, but my cycle for May, which was supposed to start on May 14, hasn't started yet. Can I be pregnant?

I went off my birth control (Implanon) on January 30, 2009, and have not had a single period yet and am still not pregnant. What is wrong with me?

On day 12 of my cycle, I found a sudden painful lump in the lower part of my breast. Over the next two days, the area of the lump got extremely sore and swollen, and it was also red. By the 6th day, the pain had reduced, but the lump is still there and slightly tender. I am 41 and have had no pregnancies. What could be the cause of this sudden swelling and extreme pain, and why did it suddenly resolve?
