I just found out I'm pregnant this morning and I'm 10 days past ovulation (10dpo). I'm experiencing substantial cramping and spotting, which isn't as heavy as the bleeding I had during my previous miscarriage at 10 weeks in December 2022. I also have a stage 2/3 pelvic organ prolapse. Should I be concerned about the cramping and spotting, and how might my pelvic organ prolapse affect this pregnancy?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing pain under my ribs, especially on my left side, and a feeling of uneasiness when sitting. I also have a concern about possibly having a tampon applicator stuck inside me, though I haven't used one in 12 years. Is this going to harm the baby?

I am 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Last week at 6 weeks and 2 days, my HCG level was 71,400. Today, 8 days later, it only increased to 84,700. My estrogen and progesterone levels also decreased slightly (but are still within the normal range). Estrogen went from 1150 to 1000, and progesterone from over 40 to 32. However, we saw good growth and a heartbeat of 154 on the ultrasound today. How concerned should I be?
