If I have taken 3 Plan B pills in one month, and now my period is late 11 days already, can it be that I'm pregnant? And after how many days can I take the pregnancy test?

My girlfriend is about a week and a half late on her period. We’re concerned. She isn’t using any contraceptives, but we always have protected sex (condom) and also use withdrawal. Her last period ended around the 11th. She is 27, not using any medications, and has been very stressed the last few weeks. Is she likely pregnant, and what could be causing the delay?

I've been spotting and bleeding heavily on cycle days 16-18. Could I still conceive, or is it an early period? I'm not using any contraceptives, and I've had 5 miscarriages. My periods have become irregular after the miscarriages, and I have Hyperprolactinemia, which is now under control. I also have a small, benign tumor in my pituitary gland. I'm experiencing lower abdominal pain and am unsure if this bleeding should be counted as a cycle or if there's still a chance of getting or being pregnant.

I have been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen for about four days. It is constant and is most often a pressure; however, sometimes the pain is sharp and deep. I felt inside my vagina and the lump I usually feel, which I believe is my cervix, is much larger and is painful to touch. Is this normal?
