I have vaginal boils at the opening of my vagina and anus. It started after rough sex with my partner, leading to a vaginal cut. The boils are worsening over 3 to 4 days. I'm 18 years old, taking Tylenol for pain, and started using Neosporin today. I've also been applying a warm towel. My last period was 13 days ago, and my last STD checkup was 3 months ago, with all tests negative except for Chlamydia. What could these boils be, and what should I do?
