I have itchy feet in the evening and am worried about cholestasis of pregnancy. What should I do, and are there any symptoms I should watch out for?

I started taking contraceptives on May 26 (second day of my period). On June 2, I had relationships with my partner. The next day, I felt discomfort and pelvic pain with brown discharge. The symptoms continued, including swollen tongue, itching in the vagina, and fatigue. I had negative urine tests, vaginal ultrasound, and STI tests. My gynecologist diagnosed nonspecific vaginitis and prescribed ovules and probiotics. My doctor also mentioned fungal infection in my throat and mouth. My hair is falling out, and I'm very stressed. What could be causing all these symptoms and what should I do?

I had a yeast infection a month ago that was cured with a prescribed pill. I visited a gynecologist on December 2nd who said everything looked normal. However, I've been experiencing vaginal pain, itching, and a pale yellow discharge this week, which doesn't feel exactly the same as the previous infection. The discharge sometimes smells a little fishy. I'm leaving on a cruise tomorrow and want to know if there's something I can pick up from a pharmacy to help.

I have burning pee, a swollen/tender vaginal area, yellow discharge, and tender groin lymph nodes, but tested negative for infections. The symptoms started a few days after my last sexual encounter. The discharge has a noticeable odor and is thick like egg whites. My periods are regular, and my last one was November 17th-November 22nd. I also have low vitamin D. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?
