Every 15 days, my menstrual cycle starts and lasts 5 to 7 days. This has been consistently happening for 3 months now, but off and on for over a year. The periods are extremely painful, and the blood clots are between quarter and nickel size. I never had problems with my cycle being painful until after a miscarriage 5 years ago. Is this an urgent situation I should see my GYN about, and what are the possible causes and treatments for this condition?

I recently switched from Ortho Tri-Cyclen to its generic version, and my hair has become incredibly greasy, worsening with each shower. Is this hair change related to the switch in birth control, and will it go away if I switch back?

I was pregnant last month and had a D&C. My hCG levels were 100,000 on March 23rd. I bled for about 8 days and think I ovulated on the 12th of this month. How long does it take for my hCG levels to go down to 0, and what does a current hCG level of 27 indicate?

After stopping high estrogen birth control, I have been experiencing chronic hives since the beginning of February. I had been on normal birth control for 20 years, but after switching to Lo Loestrin for two days, I had a severe reaction with my entire face swelling up, and I immediately stopped taking it. The hives have been stable but occur almost daily. What could be causing this and how can I manage it?

I am concerned that I may have herpes since 2020. I was recently tested for sexually transmitted infections, but the results were not explained to me and I haven't heard back from the doctor. I am experiencing pain on the left inner side of my vagina, a white discharge, and a sore. I am 28 years old, have a steady partner, and take Depo. Could this be herpes, and what should I do?
