For the last four months, I have been experiencing intense redness, burning, and itchiness of the vagina and vulva, either a few days before my period begins or a few days after it finishes. I had my second Mirena IUD placed in October 2019 and am starting to think that perhaps my hormones during my period become so out of whack that it causes major pH imbalances. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them until I can see a doctor?

I just found out I'm pregnant this morning and I'm 10 days past ovulation (10dpo). I'm experiencing substantial cramping and spotting, which isn't as heavy as the bleeding I had during my previous miscarriage at 10 weeks in December 2022. I also have a stage 2/3 pelvic organ prolapse. Should I be concerned about the cramping and spotting, and how might my pelvic organ prolapse affect this pregnancy?

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive actively since I was 16. I'm 23 now, have irregular cycles, and have used Clomid 50mg for two cycles and Femara 2mg for three cycles without success. I'm currently 5 days late for my period with negative pregnancy tests. I also have thyroid issues. What else can I do to improve my chances of getting pregnant, and should I continue using Clomid at 50mg or increase the dosage?
