Four years ago at the age of 46, I had a total hysterectomy due to ovarian cysts and was put on 1mg estradiol daily. I feel emotionally and physically unstable, lack energy, have frequent migraines, and am gaining weight. My doctor suggested reducing HRT, but I felt worse when I tried to stop it. I'm currently taking it every other day and have tried hormone cream without certainty of its benefits. What does estradiol do for me apart from preventing hot flushes? What is the purpose of progesterone cream if I don't have a womb? How long will menopausal symptoms last, and is there anything else I can do or take to feel better?

I am 43 years old and have been trying to become pregnant for years. I had an ectopic pregnancy, had a tube removed, and the remaining tube was repaired, but I haven't been successful. I'm planning to do IVF soon. Do you think there's any chance I might become pregnant?

I found out I was pregnant on April 7th, and my HCG levels were 1553 on the 9th. I saw a tiny gestational sac but no heartbeat. I had 3 days of bleeding and one day of spotting from March 5th to the 8th, and was with my boyfriend on March 15th, 17th, and 22nd. I'm trying to figure out if I conceived on February 22nd. Are you using any contraceptives? How long have you dealt with the bleeding? When was your last pap test, and what were the results? Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I have problems with fibroids, including heavy bleeding, pressure, and incontinence. I have had 4 myomectomies and one uterine artery embolization in the last 5 years. Next week, I will have a hysterectomy due to my uterus being the size of a 5-month pregnancy. My doctor says she may not be able to do the surgery with a bikini incision. Is it possible to have the surgery with a bikini incision or even vaginally, and is there a way to avoid hysterectomy after trying all other options?

I took the morning after pill and my period was due about 4 days later, it's now been 5 days since I should've started my period. Should I be worried?

I am experiencing pain with all forms of vaginal penetration, including tampon insertion and sexual intercourse. I am 20 years old and have never had a pelvic exam or pap test. I am concerned that I might have vaginismus. What could be causing this pain, and what steps should I take to address it?
