I have been experiencing vaginal discharge for about a week, which is white with a slight yellow tone, and it causes skin irritation and intense itching. I think I may have BV and PID. I have been experiencing fever, headaches, low back pain, bloating, extreme fatigue, a fishy smell, and watery discharge.
