I took home pregnancy tests that indicated I am pregnant, but now I am experiencing cramping and bleeding. The cramping started yesterday and has been constant, stopping and coming back. I am 29 years old and not on any medications. I was previously pregnant in June but had an ectopic pregnancy. What could be causing the bleeding and cramping, and what should I do?

I had a CBC test after experiencing chest pain and had concerns about potential HIV infection due to my partner's possible infidelity. I am a 61-year-old female with no current medications and no significant medical history. I am curious if the CBC test could indicate HIV and if I should undergo specific HIV testing.

I’m fairly certain I have a yeast infection and have started using Canesten cream, but after the first use, my symptoms have gotten worse. Is this normal, and should I continue using the cream?

I mixed my tablets up this morning and do not know if I took my bendroflumethiazide 2.5mg or thyroxin 50mcg. I am afraid to take thyroxin just in case. If I have missed a dose of bendroflumethiazide, will it do any harm for one day? I do not wish to take thyroxin in case I overdose. Additionally, I have been taking Gaviscon Advance on doctors' instructions due to constipation and bloating. I know I should not take flaxseed or a laxative with bendroflumethiazide, but I took a herbal laxative. I am trying to drink at least two liters of fluid. I have had orange juice and nectarine this morning to try to balance electrolytes. I have tried to keep Gaviscon Advance to 1 or 2 times a day so I don't have wrong salt or potassium levels and magnesium. I am worried about dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. I have a slow heart rate for years and suspect it might be related to my thyroid condition. I have sleep apnea and worry it might be affecting my heart rate. I have been treated for reflux for years, and I feel like I have a lump or phlegm stuck in my throat. I am terrified to go to sleep in case I choke to death. I am also concerned about my heart health, including potential artery blockages and changes in my ECG due to breathlessness and anxiety.

I haven't had a period in 6 years and my husband and I want to try for a baby. It started 2 years after I first got my period when I started taking the Depo shot. I am 31 years old, have high blood pressure, and endometriosis runs in my family. I have seen 4 different OBGYNs who have diagnosed me with PCOS, cysts on my ovaries, and also said they didn't know why I wasn't having a period. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
