Hello doctor, I have noticed that when I get really anxious, I start having clammy feet, stomach burn, and heartburn. I also think that this anxiety might be the cause of my rash on my chest that hasn't gone away since October, almost 3 months now. How can I manage these symptoms and is the rash related to my anxiety?

I think I’ve had a yeast infection for a few days now and I tried over-the-counter medication starting yesterday, but it seems to be getting worse. It’s constant and has gotten to the point that it hurts so bad I can’t pee. I’m 20 years old and have had unprotected sex a few times starting last week. I haven't really smelled it, but I have a lot of discharge, a lot of pain, and it itches as well. It doesn't seem to be leaving, and it burns so bad that I can't pee. I took over-the-counter meds but they didn't help. What should I do?

My period has been irregular for the past few months. My last period was light and lasted about 7 days. I've been spotting on and off since then. I am a week early for my period and have woken up the past 2 days bleeding heavily with clots, but the rest of the day there is only spotting. Is there an immediate concern, and what could be causing this irregularity?

I recently had unprotected sex multiple times and took Plan B within a few hours. My last period started on December 12th, and I'm worried I might have already ovulated, making Plan B ineffective. I weigh about 180 pounds and am 5'8", so I'm concerned about the effectiveness of Plan B for my weight. Should I consider taking Ella or starting birth control pills immediately? Additionally, I'm on my parents' insurance plan and want to keep this private. Will insurance companies notify my parents, and are there affordable alternatives like IUDs?
