I overstimulated my clitoris, and now it hurts to pee. The pain started about a week ago and only occurs when I pee. It's an achy and stabbing pain, and there's a bit of redness. I'm not using any medications and I'm 19 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have fibroids and recently quit cycling due to pain. Over-the-counter treatments like Monistat have caused more burning. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?
