I am experiencing vaginal discomfort, primarily under the hood of the front part of my vagina. Today I noticed my clit is 'enlarged' and there are tiny red looking sores on either side of it. I noticed a lump on my breast on Saturday night, and by Sunday morning, the area on top of the lump appeared pink or purplish, like a bruise. I'm concerned because it might be related to inflammatory breast cancer (IBC). I'm 38 years old, have celiac disease, and my dad's sister had breast cancer. I started getting acne in October and have been irregular with my periods, but they've been more regular for the past five months. I also recently lost 7 lbs due to a diet change. I have an appointment tomorrow to check my breast and another one on 2/11 for a Pap smear. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned about IBC?
