What will help with my having difficulty climaxing with my husband?

I'm completing a second round of treatment for ureaplasma with Erythromycin. I have an appointment with my OB/GYN tomorrow (I'm 5 months pregnant). I've experienced increased urination, mild irritation, right-sided flank pain, and mild lower back pain. Do you think I now have a UTI from the ureaplasma or another bacterial infection? Should I go to the hospital today or wait until my appointment tomorrow? My meds don't seem to be working. Is it typical for ureaplasma not to go away after the first round of antibiotics? What are the chances of ureaplasma ascending or affecting my baby? Do I need to see a urologist as well or just my OB/GYN?

I want to start using Progesta-care, but I do not know if I can use it since I am currently on the IUD and I do not have a period. Will Progesta-care interfere with the Mirena IUD or cause any bad side effects?

I have been on and off the pill for 2 years and had unprotected sex on August 26th and 27th. I started a period on August 30th, which I initially thought was normal but now am concerned it might be ovulation bleeding. Can I still have conceived and have a potential chance of getting pregnant?
