I have a sharp pain in my lower stomach, a fishy smell, a strong chemical smell like a musky or urine smell, and a thin white-gray discharge. The inside of my vagina also feels swollen but there's not much pain. I'm 18 years old with no medical problems, and this has been going on for 3-4 months. My urination is pretty normal, but sometimes I feel uncomfortable after peeing. There's no pain when urinating, and I have no risk for STDs. What could be causing this?

I noticed UTI symptoms such as burning when I pee, pressure, and overall discomfort last Friday. These symptoms seemed to improve but returned with spotting and blood on Sunday. I took an at-home UTI test and a pregnancy test, both of which were negative. I have never bled between periods and my periods are always regular. My last period ended on September 23rd. I am now experiencing pinkish-brown blood in my underwear and when I wipe. I am concerned and unsure what is happening. I am sexually active and not using birth control, and my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have no known allergies except for penicillin. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My right side of my groin is swollen, there is a little vaginal irritation, and I’ve been waking up every night at my new apartment sweating. I had unprotected sex a month ago and a yeast infection 2 weeks ago. The yeast infection got better but then more irritation came up. The affected area is about a quarter inch sticking out and about an inch and a half long on the right region. It is tender and painful. I am 21 and currently taking Doxycycline Hyclate 100 mg for acne. What could be causing this and what should I do?
