I am experiencing severe abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding (dark brown/black, or sometimes red) for 5 days, which is abnormal for my 5-day cycle. The pain is consistent but intensifies and is sharp and ripping. I also have nausea, bloating, changes in stool, and fatigue. My medical history includes a copper IUD removal earlier this year (which was dislodged), and a recent case of urosepsis with antibiotics. I had brown/black thick blood during my last cycle, but this time there's more pain and ongoing bleeding. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I did a non-digital pregnancy test this morning and it looked positive, but the line was faint. Then I took a digital test in the afternoon and it said not pregnant. I should be getting my period today but I'm a bit irregular. Had some cramps. Are you using any contraceptives? Are you using any medications? How old are you?
