I have noticed some lesion-type sores on the inside of my vulva. I have active hidradenitis suppurativa and am currently on antibiotics for it. The lesions are painful, especially when urinating and trying to clean. The pain started a couple of days ago and is constant. It is an achy but stabbing type of pain. Could this be a herpes outbreak or a vulva ulcer, and could it cause a slightly greenish tinted discharge without any smell?

I woke up with a headache at 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. What could cause this, and is it safe to take Tylenol? I have been taking baby aspirin since I got pregnant, as advised by doctors to help thin my blood after a miscarriage. I also drank a whole bottle of water, which made me nauseous.
