I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. I'm not pregnant, my OBGYN just needed a closer look at my uterus and ovaries. Today, more than 24 hours after the ultrasound, I noticed some pinkish brown spotting. It's very light. Is this normal to have after this kind of procedure?

I tested positive in my pregnancy test, but I'm not sure if it's true. I just wanted to know if it's possible to get a positive result before the day of my period? My last period was March 15-19, I am not using any medications, I am 26, and I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2019. I had unprotected sexual intercourse and took a pregnancy test last Friday and today.
