I took Monistat 3 to treat a yeast infection, but on the second day, my discharge turned slightly pink, and on the third day, I started spotting. It's been four days of bleeding, not as heavy as a period but heavier than spotting, with severe cramping. My last period was just over a week ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had my last Depo shot in January, had one period in October but haven’t had one since. I was wondering if irregular bleeding is normal after stopping this kind of contraception? I use condoms, my last period was at the end of October - this was also my first bleed since stopping the birth control. I use Sertraline and am 22. Is there anything else in my medical history the Doctor should know?
