How does pregnancy spotting look like? My girlfriend is supposed to get her period this week, has been getting cramps, but has not started her period. She saw light pink blood in the restroom and later saw blood that looked like her normal period, but it still hasn't started. She's 18, last had her period on May 19, and last had unprotected sex about two weeks ago. Is this implantation bleeding, and what should we do next?

I am in surgical menopause after the removal of my ovaries and am on HRT therapy at 37 years old. I have started to experience a clear, watery discharge that has soaked my underwear. There is no smell, no itching, just the discharge. I have not had any discharge since my surgery on September 11, 2015. Is this anything to be concerned about?

I have irregular periods and have never seen a gynecologist before. I'm not using any contraceptives and my last period was in late January or early February. I had a pap test less than a year ago with normal results. I'm 25 years old, don't get bleeding between periods, and have no other health or medical problems besides asthma. What should I do about my irregular periods, and do I need a referral to see a gynecologist?
