When does bleeding end after a D&C? I was 9.5 weeks pregnant with twins and had the D&C on November 1. I am 28, this is my second pregnancy, with the first carried to term and delivered naturally in July 2022. I am experiencing brown/dark red bleeding, not using contraceptives, no burning or itching while passing urine, and have been stressed about the situation. I have not had sex since before the D&C.

Over the last couple of menstrual cycles, my period pain has gotten significantly worse. After taking over-the-counter pain relievers, the pain is at an 8 out of 10, and before that, it felt like a 10 out of 10. My flow hasn't changed, and the pain is the only difference.
