I have a bump on my labia minora that looks like my skin color with yellow pus. I also have other bumps down there but I can't feel them. I'm 21 years old and have no other symptoms. What could these bumps be and what should I do?

I have Lichen Sclerosus (LS) and Type 1 Diabetes. Every month, I experience more LS symptoms and higher blood sugar values before my period. I recently switched back to a stronger steroid after using a weaker one, which may have caused a flare. My gynecologist recommended the Mini Pill Cerazette to help with fluctuating hormones and reduce periods, but I'm concerned about side effects like acne and low libido. Is it possible that LS can progress or is it just stronger at times? Will Cerazette help with LS symptoms, and is it usually well-tolerated?

I had unprotected sex on Saturday and scheduled a testing appointment for this Thursday. Is it too soon to see if I caught anything, and could my symptoms of lower abdomen cramps, chest pain, swollen-feeling tonsils, and bubbly urine be related to an STI?

Condom broke during sex with a sex worker at a massage parlor. There is no reason to believe she is HIV+, but her status is unknown. Insurance doesn't cover PEP, and the cost could be around $2,000. Is the risk high enough to justify the cost?

A 53-year-old woman has been experiencing abnormal periods for the last 8 months, including a recent episode of heavy bleeding from 2/3/23 to 2/25/23 with large clots. Her hemoglobin was 7.1 at urgent care, and after receiving a pint of blood and iron tablets, it improved to 8.5 two weeks later. She has high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes but no family history of cancer or recent weight loss or pelvic pain. Is this abnormal bleeding indicative of cancer?
